 Return Policy In general most products can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 day of purchase date. All items must be returned in their original condition, with the original packaging, manuals, and accessories. This does not apply to customer error in ordering custom made or personalized items. In some cases restocking fees may apply, please ask before the order is complete if you are unsure if you have correct product. Delivery Information All orders delivered in the continental United States will be shipped via UPS Ground. Express services are available for an additional charge. All in-stock items will be shipped within 2-4 business days, unless the product is custom or personalized. If any item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified by email or phone. Shipping & Handling via UPS Ground Shipping rates are estimated and may changed according to specific product. Shipping rates are for the continental United States. Additional charges may apply for shipping outside the continental US. In the event the price is different you will be contacted prior to shipment.
